Get Rid Of My Psoriasis!

I am not contagious. Why do people look at my arms and suddenly take 2 steps back. Psoriasis is not the plague, but is sure makes me want to run in a hole and hide whenever I get an outbreak. A few months ago I took off my sweatshirt work and viola, a huge patch of my arms were covered with psoriasis again. One of the guys I work with just looked at me and said “What is that?” By the tone of his voice I think he really wanted to say “Gross, what’s wrong with you?” If I had known that my psoriasis was acting up I never would have taken my sweatshirt off. How can I get rid of my psoriasis?
I was so tired of being embarrassed by this disease and so tired of sweating in long sleeve shirts and pants that I had to find a way to end my psoriasis. The creams were only a temporary fix and usually burned my skin whenever I applied them.
